We tend to enjoy dark ales because they open up a much larger range of grains to brew with and flavors to work with, as well as giving us the ability to incorporate chocolate and coffee flavors. Dark flavors also tend to stand up to fruit additions well also, as our collection of darks demonstrates.

That being said, I consider darks an area of growth for our modest brewery, especially the low alcohol session style dark ales. Watch us as we continue to explore this area of our craft, as new things will be coming soon!
